CNC Lathe Turning with Live Tooling

Our CNC turning lathe holds material in place and gets rotated by the main spindle as the cutting tool works on the material to 

produce precise round shapes with both OD and ID.

Manual Lathe Turning

Our manual lathe requires lots of attention from the operator to ensure

precise cuts, this machine tool can be used to cut, sand, knurl, drill, face, and turn materials.

3D Printing

Our 3D printer can produce a prototype based off our reverse engineering process or a CAD 

model designed by one of our

programmers base off customer instructions/drawings.

3D Scanning

Our 3D scanner goes hand and hand with reverse engineering a part, the 3D scanner gets extremely accurate measurements allowing us to fully visualize and modify data with CAD.

Coordinate Measuring Machine

Our CMM is a device that measures the geometry of objects by sensing discrete points on the surface of the object with a probe.

CMM Component Inspection

 Our CMM inspection inspects

parts/products for quality and measurements. It can measure a single point in a 3D shape or the whole shape.
